Meet AI Admin: Another Bizthom's AI Staff for Nigerian Businesses

Running a small business in Nigeria means doing every job at once. You're answering customers, counting stock, chasing payments, planning a sale for the weekend and wondering why last week was slow, often before lunch.

Ask in plain words, the way you'd ask a manager: "How did we do last week?", "What are my best sellers?", "Which customers haven't bought in a while?" AI Admin reads your real numbers every time, so the answer is about your store today, not a guess.

• Sales and orders. Revenue, order trends, unpaid orders to chase and paid orders still waiting to go out.
• Stock. What's selling, what's running out, and what to restock or promote.
• Customers. Who buys again, who is slipping away, and how much each customer has spent.
• Promos and marketing. How many orders each promo brought in and the money you collected on them, and which channels and campaigns bring sales.
• Your sales agent. How Ejiro is doing and what it sold.

It doesn't stop at the number. Ask why sales dipped, where the opportunities are, or what next week might look like, and it explains what changed and what to do about it.

Tell it what to change, and it does the work

This is where AI Admin earns its name. Tell it what you want done, and it prepares the change for you.

Your products

"Add Shea Butter 250g at ₦3,000, 20 in stock" and the product is set up, priced and counted. "Put the Oud Royale on sale at ₦8,000" and shoppers see the new price with the old one crossed out, so they see the saving. It changes names, descriptions, prices, cost prices and stock, for one product or many at once. When a name fits more than one product, it asks which one you mean.

Promos that bring buyers back

Say "20% off all shoes this weekend" or "a code for ₦2,000 off orders over ₦20,000" and it fills in the promo form for you: a sale, a code or an early-bird deal. You check it and press Save. It can also turn a promo on or off, and make a link for a code that drops the discount straight into the customer's bag.

Automations in one sentence

Describe what should happen, like "when someone spends ₦50,000 or more, add them to VIP and thank them", and AI Admin builds the automation as a draft, with a note on why each step is there. When a customer didn't get a message you expected, ask why and it tells you.

Orders and customers

Type an order number, a customer's name or a phone number and it finds them. It marks paid orders out for delivery, records sales you made somewhere else, and saves new contacts. It also shows who is waiting for a product to come back, and adds people to that list so they hear the moment it's back in stock.

Loyalty and referrals

"Make 1 point worth ₦1" or "give Ada 500 points for her unboxing video", and it's done once you approve it. It sets how much a point is worth, how much of an order points can pay for, when they expire, and your referral discount and limits, so happy customers keep coming back and bring their friends.

Your store's settings

Take your website offline, stop pay on delivery, turn on part payments or loyalty points, or hide the "viewing now" count, all with one message. It also sets up Ejiro for you: switches it on or off and sets how it negotiates, where it answers and when it hands a chat to you.

Reviews and your store's story

It scans your WhatsApp chats for customers praising you and turns that praise into reviews shoppers can see. And it rewrites your store description in your own voice, ready for you to apply.

Nothing changes until you tap Apply

Every change AI Admin prepares shows up as a card under its reply, with what will change and anything else it affects. Nothing happens until you tap Apply, and you can discard it instead.

Changes follow the same rules and team permissions as your dashboard, and appear in the same history. If someone updated a product's stock after the card was made, AI Admin tells you instead of overwriting the newer count.

Built for your whole team

Everyone who uses your dashboard can use AI Admin, with nothing to switch on. It only answers with what each person is already allowed to see and do, so a cashier asking about today's sales never sees your revenue.

When a teammate can't do something, like recording a payment, ask "why can't Tola record payments?" AI Admin checks their actual access, tells you exactly why, and offers the fix as a card: add that permission to their role, or give them a role that has it.

Each person's chats are their own. Share one with a teammate when you want them in the conversation.

Right where you're working

• On every page. On a computer, AI Admin waits at the bottom of every page, and it knows which page you're on. "Why is this order unpaid?" means the order in front of you.
• On your phone. AI Admin has its own tab at the top, next to Home and Inbox, and opens as a sheet you can drag up and down while you work.
• By voice. Tap the mic and talk instead of typing; your words appear as you speak.
• When you're setting up. Tap a step under Next up on Home and AI Admin opens it right there, so you finish it in a minute.

While it works, it tells you what it's checking, like "Looking up your orders for last week…", so you're never staring at three dots. If a reply misses, tap the thumbs down and tell us what was wrong. We use what you flag to make it better.
