What is Bizthom?

Bizthom gives you a website, an inbox and a point of sale that work as one, with AI and automation built in, so you sell more in your DMs, online and in person.

Do I need a website already?

No. You build a full store in minutes, with no code. If you only sell on WhatsApp or Instagram today, Bizthom turns that into a real store without losing the DMs.

Who is Ejiro?

Ejiro is Bizthom’s AI sales agent. It closes sales for you on your website and in your DMs, day and night: it finds what the customer wants, even from a photo, handles price and delivery, and takes the order and the payment. When someone goes quiet or leaves a bag, it follows up in their WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook chat, or by SMS.

How does Ejiro’s pricing work?

Every plan includes Ejiro chats each month: 100 on Basic, 300 on Growth and 1,000 on Scale. A chat is one customer conversation Ejiro replies in. If the customer comes back after 24 hours, that's a new chat. After your plan's chats, each extra chat is ₦100 from your wallet. Chats reset on the 1st.

Can I move my store from WhatsApp, Bumpa, Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. Import a WhatsApp catalogue, a CSV file, or your Bumpa, Shopify or WooCommerce store, or request a migration and we’ll move it for you. Products, collections, customers and past orders come along.

Can I sell in person?

Yes. Every plan includes a point of sale with barcode scanning, on the same stock as your website. From Growth, it keeps working offline.

Do I own my customer data?

Yes. Every contact is yours, with their full history, groups and segments, and you can export it any time.

Can customers pay in part, or negotiate?

Yes. Customers can make an offer and Ejiro negotiates within the lowest price you set, and they can pay part now and the rest later so a tight budget doesn’t kill the sale.

How much does Bizthom cost?
