Bizthom is a commerce platform built around how Nigerians buy. Your website shows buyers reviews pulled from your DMs, lets them negotiate with Ejiro, and lets them pay in parts or on delivery. Your inbox turns a chat into an order in one click: the products, address and delivery are filled in from the conversation, and the customer is already saved as a contact. Automations, campaigns and a POS keep the next sale coming.

Your plan gives you all of that. A few services also cost a little each time they run, because each one sends a message for you or has Ejiro work a chat. These are your pay-as-you-go services. They draw from your Bizthom wallet only when they run, and never when they don't.

Here is every one of them, what it does for your sales, and what it costs.

Every pay-as-you-go service and its price

Ejiro's extra chats: ₦100 each

Ejiro answers your shoppers, negotiates with them and hands them over to your WhatsApp, so a buyer who asks at 11pm still gets an answer. Every plan includes a number of Ejiro chats each month, reset on the 1st. See how many on our pricing page.

  • After your included chats, each new chat costs ₦100.
  • A chat is one customer conversation. If the same customer comes back after 24 hours of quiet, that's a new chat.
  • Chats during your free trial cost nothing.

Ejiro's follow-ups: free, or ₦8 by SMS

When a customer goes quiet in your website chat or inbox, Ejiro follows up to bring them back to buy. Follow-ups on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are free. A follow-up by SMS costs ₦8 per SMS, and if it fails to send, the ₦8 comes back to your wallet.

Campaigns: ₦3 to ₦8 per message

Send an offer or a new arrival to your customer list and bring buyers back to your website. WhatsApp costs ₦3 per message, email ₦4 and SMS ₦8.

  • You see the total, and what your wallet will have left, before you send.
  • Messages that fail to send are refunded.

Automations: ₦3 to ₦8 per message

Automations message customers at the right moment while you serve the next one: a reminder when a bag is left behind, a thank-you when a deposit lands, a nudge before their points expire. Use the ready-made ones, build your own, or describe what you want to Ask Bizthom AI and it sets it up.

Each message costs the same as a campaign: ₦3 on WhatsApp, ₦4 by email and ₦8 by SMS.

Delivery messages to your rider: ₦3 to ₦8 each

When you dispatch an order, Bizthom sends your rider the delivery details, so the order reaches your customer without a round of calls. Each message costs ₦3 to ₦8, depending on how it's sent. Your customer's own order updates stay free.

Receipts by SMS: ₦8 per SMS

Text a customer their receipt from the POS, so they leave with proof of what they bought. Each SMS costs ₦8, and a long receipt can take 2 SMS. If the SMS can't be sent, you're refunded.

Sign-in codes by SMS: ₦8 per SMS, if you want it

Customers get a code to sign in to your website or use their points. The code always goes free by email, and by WhatsApp when your WhatsApp is connected. Sending it by SMS too is your choice, at ₦8 per SMS, and you can switch it off in Settings › Contacts & Checkout.

Ad funds alerts: ₦20 per alert

If you run Meta ads, Bizthom can warn your team on WhatsApp before your ad account runs out of funds, so your ads don't stop in the middle of a good week. It costs ₦20 per person you pick, per alert. The alert inside Bizthom is free.

Domain renewal: the renewal price plus 15%

If you bought your domain through Bizthom and auto-renew is on, we renew it from your wallet 30 days before it expires, so your website never goes offline. You pay the current renewal price plus 15%. If your wallet is short, we email you reminders well before the date.

What's free

These never touch your wallet:

  • Order updates to your customers, including POS and manual orders.
  • Ejiro's follow-ups on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Reviews Bizthom finds in your DMs, including voice notes and photos, ready to show on your website (where your plan includes it).
  • Ejiro learning from your chats, so she answers more like you do (where your plan includes it).
  • WhatsApp alerts that tell you when your store needs you.
  • Ask Bizthom AI, including talking to it instead of typing.

You only pay for what actually went out

Our rule is simple: you never pay for our failures.

  • An SMS that fails to send is refunded.
  • Campaign messages that fail to send are refunded.
  • If Ejiro's reply can't be sent, that chat doesn't count.

How you stay in control

  • See everything that can charge your wallet. In Finance › Wallet, tap "What charges my wallet" for every pay-as-you-go service and its price.
  • Set a daily spending limit. Cap what pay-as-you-go services can spend in a day. It covers the ones that run on their own, like Ejiro and your automations. Campaigns you send yourself, domain renewals and your subscription don't count toward it.
  • Get warned before a sale slips. When your wallet drops below ₦1,000, a bar at the top of your dashboard tells you. If something has paused, it names it, like "Paused until you top up: SMS", and your email says the same.
  • Top up by bank transfer. Send money to your wallet's own account number and it's ready to use.
