Bizthom services charge your wallet in naira. A non-withdrawable services balance, when present, is reserved for these charges.
How payment works
Your services balance pays first when it can cover the full charge. Otherwise, cleared wallet cash pays the full charge. Pending settlements cannot be spent, and one charge is never split between balances.
Service prices
- Extra Ejiro chat — ₦100 each, after your plan's monthly chats
- Ejiro follow-up by SMS — ₦8 (free on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook)
- WhatsApp — ₦3 per message
- SMS — ₦8 per message
- Email — ₦4 per message
Daily automatic-service limit
The limit covers what charges on its own: extra Ejiro chats, SMS follow-ups, automations, delivery notifications, and receipts and sign-in codes by SMS. Broadcasts you confirm and subscription payments you initiate do not count. Withdrawals and payouts are never affected.
