Fees on top of your plan
Payments through Bizthom checkout carry Bizthom's checkout fee, shown under each plan, never more than ₦2,000 per payment, plus the payment provider's fee. You can pass both to your customer, or split them. Orders you record from cash, POS or a direct transfer carry neither.
Ejiro and campaigns are paid from your wallet as you use them. Ejiro costs ₦500 when it gets a result — a bag, a negotiation, or a follow-up that leads to a sale within 3 days. Sending follow-ups and handing a customer to you are free, and chats that go nowhere cost nothing. Broadcasts cost ₦3 per WhatsApp message, ₦8 per SMS and ₦4 per email. Choosing a plan
Start on Basic if you sell on your own through your website and WhatsApp. Move to Growth when you want Instagram and Facebook DMs in the same inbox, staff accounts, more automations, or a point of sale that keeps working offline. Choose Scale when you buy from suppliers, sell wholesale or through distributors, or pay staff commission on the sales they close.
