When a product runs out of stock, you don't have to lose those interested customers. Bizthom lets them join a waitlist so they're notified when it's available again.
How it works
When a product has zero stock and "On demand" is disabled, your storefront shows a "Notify me when available" button instead of "Add to Bag". Customers enter their email or phone number to join the waitlist.
When you restock
When you update the stock quantity back above zero, everyone on the waitlist receives a notification that the product is back. The notification goes out via the channels they signed up with.
Viewing your waitlist
Check who's waiting for a product from the product detail page in your dashboard. The waitlist count also shows in your product list, so you can prioritize which products to restock first.
