Stay informed without being overwhelmed. Choose exactly which notifications you want and how you want to receive them.
Notification channels
You can receive notifications via:
- Push notifications — instant alerts on the mobile app
- WhatsApp — order alerts on your WhatsApp number
- Email — summary emails for orders and activity
What to enable
At minimum, keep new order notifications on — you never want to miss a sale. Beyond that, enable what's useful for your workflow:
- New order (essential)
- Low stock alerts
- New contact/lead
- Ejiro conversations
- Daily summary
Configuring preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to toggle each notification type on or off per channel. For example, you might want new orders on WhatsApp + push, but only a daily email summary for everything else.
