Bizthom supports digital products alongside physical ones. Sell ebooks, design templates, presets, course materials — anything your customers can download.
Creating a digital product
When adding a product, set the Type to Digital. This tells Bizthom the product doesn't need shipping, so customers won't be asked for a delivery address at checkout.
Uploading files
Go to the Content section in your dashboard and upload your digital files. Then link them to the relevant product. Supported formats include PDF, ZIP, images, audio, and video files.
How customers receive files
After a customer pays for a digital product, they get access to download the file. The download link is available from their order confirmation.
Pricing digital products
Digital products have near-zero cost per sale, so your margins are excellent. Price based on the value you're providing, not your costs. A ₦5,000 ebook that saves someone hours of research is a bargain.
