Not every business ships nationwide, and delivery costs vary by location. Shipping zones let you control exactly where you deliver and how much it costs.
What are shipping zones?
A shipping zone is a geographic area you deliver to, with its own delivery rate. Most Nigerian businesses set up zones like:
- Within your city — e.g., "Lagos Island", "Lagos Mainland" (₦1,500–₦2,500)
- Major cities — e.g., "Abuja", "Port Harcourt" (₦3,000–₦5,000)
- Other states — catch-all for everywhere else (₦4,000–₦6,000)
Setting up zones
Go to Settings → Shipping and create your zones. For each zone, set:
- Zone name (e.g., "Lagos")
- Delivery fee — fixed amount or percentage of order total
- Estimated delivery days (e.g., 1-2 days)

In-store pickup
If you have a physical location, offer in-store pickup as an option. Set up a zone with ₦0 delivery fee and name it "Pickup" or your shop address.
