Configure how much you charge for delivery based on the customer's location.
Shipping zones
Go to Settings → Shipping and create zones for the areas you deliver to. Common zones include:
- Lagos
- Abuja
- Other States
Setting rates
For each zone, set the delivery fee as a fixed amount (e.g., ₦2,000 for Lagos) or a percentage of the order total.
Free shipping promos
Use promos when you want to offer free delivery, such as free delivery for a launch period or selected campaigns.
Estimated delivery days
Add estimated delivery days per zone so customers know when to expect their order. For example: Lagos 1-2 days, Abuja 2-3 days, Other States 3-5 days.
