Long product URLs look messy in WhatsApp messages and Instagram bios. Short links fix that — and give you click tracking for free.
Creating short links
Go to Marketing → Short Links and click Create. Paste any URL from your store (product page, collection, custom page) and Bizthom generates a short, trackable link.
Click tracking
Every short link tracks:
- Total clicks — how many times the link was clicked
- Unique clicks — individual people who clicked
- Click timeline — when clicks happened
Where to use short links
- WhatsApp status / broadcast — clean-looking links get more clicks
- Instagram bio — one link to your top product or collection
- Printed materials — flyers, business cards, packaging inserts
Tip: Create separate short links for different channels (one for Instagram, one for WhatsApp) to see which channel drives more traffic.
