Not every visitor is ready to buy right now. Web forms let you capture their details so you can follow up later.
What are web forms?
Forms are embeddable fields on your storefront that collect information from visitors. Common uses include:
- Contact forms — "Have a question? Send us a message"
- Custom order requests — collect details for bespoke or made-to-order products
- Newsletter signup — build your mailing list
Creating a form
Go to Marketing → Forms and click Create Form. Add the fields you need — name, email, phone, and any custom questions. Each form gets a link you can embed on your storefront or share directly.
Viewing submissions
Form submissions appear in your Marketing → Forms section. Each submission is also added as a contact (or updates an existing contact), so they're automatically available for broadcasts and automations.
Triggering automations
You can set up an automation that triggers when someone submits a form — for example, sending an automatic WhatsApp reply acknowledging their enquiry. This way, leads get an instant response even when you're busy.
