Your wallet is where your money lives before it hits your bank account. Access it from Finance in your dashboard.
Wallet balances
You'll see three numbers:
- Available — money you can withdraw right now
- Pending — payments that are being processed (usually takes 24-48 hours to clear)
- Held — amounts reserved for pending refunds
Requesting a payout
Click Request Payout to transfer your available balance to your connected bank account. Payouts are processed via Paystack and typically arrive within 24 hours.
Automatic payouts
Don't want to manually request payouts? Set up automatic payouts — daily or weekly — from the Finance settings. Your money hits your bank on a regular schedule without you lifting a finger.
Payout history
Every payout is logged with the amount, date, and status. Use this for reconciliation and bookkeeping.
