Monthly credit allocation
Your plan determines how many credits you get each month:
- Free — 0 credits (purchase separately)
- Starter — 50 credits/month
- Boss — 300 credits/month
- Empire — 600 credits/month
What costs credits
- Storefront conversation (customer chatting with Ejiro) — 15 credits per conversation
- Dashboard message (you chatting with Bizthom AI) — 15 credits per message
Purchasing additional credits
If you run out before your monthly reset, purchase additional credit packs anytime. Credits are available from your dashboard.
Tracking usage
Monitor your credit balance and usage history from the Marketing → Credits section. Bizthom sends you a low-balance warning when your credits are running low so you're never caught off guard.
