Every contact has a profile page that gives you the full picture — who they are, where they came from, and what they've bought.
Profile overview
Click on any contact to see:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, location
- Source — how they found your store (Instagram, Google, Direct, etc.)
- Type — Customer (has ordered) or Lead (hasn't ordered yet)
- Groups and tags — which segments they belong to
Order history
See every order this customer has placed — order number, date, items, total, and status. This helps you understand their buying patterns and offer personalized recommendations.
Lifetime value
The profile shows total orders and total amount spent. Your best customers are often the ones worth giving special attention to — a personal WhatsApp message or an exclusive discount can keep them coming back.
Notes
Add private notes to any contact profile. Use this to record preferences, special requests, or anything else you want to remember about this customer.
