Customers vs leads
Contacts are split into two types:
- Customers — people who have placed at least one order
- Leads — people who browsed your store, added items to bag, or interacted with Ejiro but haven't ordered yet
Contact information
Each contact record includes:
- Name
- Phone (in +234 format)
- City, State, LGA
Source tracking
Bizthom tracks where each contact came from — Instagram, TikTok, Google, Direct, or Referral. This helps you understand which channels bring the most valuable customers.
Order count and lifetime value
Each contact profile shows their total order count and lifetime value (total amount spent at your store), so you can identify your most valuable customers at a glance.
