Already have a customer list from WhatsApp, Instagram, or another platform? Import them into Bizthom so you can start marketing to them right away.
Prepare your CSV file
Create a CSV (spreadsheet) file with columns for:
- Name — customer's full name
- Email — email address (optional)
- Phone — phone number in +234 format (e.g., +2348012345678)
Uploading your file
Go to Contacts and click Import. Upload your CSV file and map each column to the correct field. Bizthom shows a preview so you can verify the data looks right before importing.
Handling duplicates
If a contact with the same email or phone already exists, Bizthom updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate. Your data stays clean.
Assign to a group
During import, you can assign all imported contacts to a group (e.g., "Instagram Followers" or "WhatsApp List"). This makes it easy to target them in broadcasts later.
