Moderating reviews

Customer reviews are powerful social proof, but they need to be managed. The Content → Reviews section gives you full control.

Reviewing new reviews

When a customer submits a review, it appears in your reviews queue. You can approve it to make it visible on your storefront, or hide it if it's inappropriate or spam.

Responding to reviews

You can respond publicly to any review. This is especially important for negative reviews — a professional, empathetic response can actually build more trust than having only perfect ratings. Something like "We're sorry about your experience. We've reached out to you directly to make it right." goes a long way.

Handling negative reviews

Don't panic when you get a negative review. A store with all 5-star ratings actually looks suspicious. A mix of reviews (with professional responses to concerns) looks more authentic and trustworthy.

Encouraging more reviews

Set up a post-delivery automation that sends a WhatsApp message asking for a review 3-5 days after delivery. Keep it simple: "Hi [name], how are you enjoying your [product]? We'd love a quick review!"
