When your Closers make sales, they earn commissions. Here's how to pay them out.
Commission tracking
Each Closer's earned commissions are tracked automatically. You can see a running balance of what you owe each Closer from the Closers section.
Settling commissions
When you're ready to pay, mark the commission as settled. You handle the actual payment outside of Bizthom (bank transfer, cash, etc.) — Bizthom tracks the accounting so both you and your Closer have a clear record.
Avoiding disputes
Set clear expectations upfront: commission percentage, when payments happen (weekly, monthly), and any minimum threshold. The transparent tracking in your dashboard means both sides can see exactly what's owed.
